Latonya DPoor service I have to wait there 1.5 hours to pick up u haul and I booked 15 feet truck they gave me 10 inch. And I paid my labor to 120$ extra for waiting so long
Vijay JHad to parallel park the Uhaul. It would be better to have a dedicated parking space for all Uhauls.
Emily GThe truck was dead. It was parked by a dumpster. The entire first hour of my rental was spent in frustration as the battery was dead. The people in charge of the truck didn’t know how to jump it. I had to help. The jumper was dead so they went to get another. Really terrible maintenance and terrible experience overall and that’s shocking since I’ve always used U-Haul for moving
