I made a reservation online for self pick up, got to the location and the truck was not set up for self pick up and store didn’t open for another 2 hrs. I had to call customer service and they transferred my reservation to another location and with a smaller truck. I had movers at my house ready to move at a certain time and this was delayed by an hour and I paid by the hour, smaller truck was extra trips. I was told by customer service to return my truck to the original location, they said they couldn’t take my truck and they couldn’t help with reimbursement for my inconvenience, took it back to the other location, now I’m waiting for your escalation team to call me. I am extremely unhappy!

When i got there, no one was actually there to help me. It took me 45 minutes to get the truck. Nothing I requested was in the back of the truck. I had to ask for a.dolly and I still didn't get my furniture pads but was charged for it. I will never rent from uhaul again. This was a terrible experience.
