I am writing to formally report a highly unsatisfactory experience at your West Patrick , Frederick, MD branch. The cashier at this location was extremely rude and unhelpful. Furthermore, he incorrectly charged me for an extra 54 miles on my rental order. Fortunately, I took photos as evidence, contacted U-Haul support, and successfully received my refund.Additionally, this location lacks proper parking, and the staff offers no assistance to customers. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I hope management takes corrective action regarding this staff member and facility.

I made a reservation online for self pick up, got to the location and the truck was not set up for self pick up and store didn’t open for another 2 hrs. I had to call customer service and they transferred my reservation to another location and with a smaller truck. I had movers at my house ready to move at a certain time and this was delayed by an hour and I paid by the hour, smaller truck was extra trips. I was told by customer service to return my truck to the original location, they said they couldn’t take my truck and they couldn’t help with reimbursement for my inconvenience, took it back to the other location, now I’m waiting for your escalation team to call me. I am extremely unhappy!
Nicole HWhen i got there, no one was actually there to help me. It took me 45 minutes to get the truck. Nothing I requested was in the back of the truck. I had to ask for a.dolly and I still didn't get my furniture pads but was charged for it. I will never rent from uhaul again. This was a terrible experience.
