The location and onsite personnel were positives. My problem is how I was treated by uhaul. Will definitely consider the competitors next time. The vehicle was hard to start. The engine didn’t want to turn over. Instead of having it for 3 days, I returned it early because I didn’t want to get stranded. Additionally, after I reserved the uhaul truck, I was asked by text if I would tow an open trailer. I agreed to do this for compensation. It took 30 minutes talking with someone over the phone to organize. After I picked up the truck and started my drive to get the trailer, I got a text canceling the tow. What a waste of time my time. The money compensation was minimal so no big deal that was canceled but the extra day was nice but couldn’t use it as the truck wasn’t reliable.
