The drop off location was NOT the location I originally contracted for. After signing the contract and leaving with the trailer I received a text informing me of a change in my drop off location. Instead of being able to drop off the trailer at the original location, just six miles from my destination, I was forced to a drop off location fourty miles away! I will NEVER contract with Uhaul for a one-way rental again!!
GREGORY LAll locations should have the ability to remove the trailer from the vehicle hitch. They should be required to purchase a mechanical trailer jack that can be used by all personnel. Not everyone renting your equipment can bench press 300. The young girl at the desk shrugged her shoulders when I asked for help removing the trailer.
