All locations should have the ability to remove the trailer from the vehicle hitch. They should be required to purchase a mechanical trailer jack that can be used by all personnel. Not everyone renting your equipment can bench press 300. The young girl at the desk shrugged her shoulders when I asked for help removing the trailer.
