My only complaint is that I was charged for a $20.00 late fee . I had 24 hours to return the truck. I returned it 10 hrs. later. When I picked up the keys, I asked about key drop off because I knew the office closedat 5:30pm. The ladies indicated to put in the orange box but I wasn't told I had to check the truck back in on line. Other than that they were very pleasant and helpful.
