When I picked up the truck it showed it had 1/8 a tank of gas but 3 miles down the road it ran out of gas on a busy highway. This was very dangerous. You should mandate gas be turned in at a higher level. I will not rent from U-Haul again.
Angelia H.Mobile pick up was very difficult to use. The locations emergency number was posted but no one picked up after calligultie times. Waited for a very long time to speak with someone from Uhaul costumer service
