Put up a sign pointing to the office. The U-Haul App is terrible. Provides no details for activating/picking up the rental.

jessica sI would suggest wheel chocks for this location bc the units are parked on a slight hill. When unhooking from the vehicle the trailers actually roll. It's extremely dangerous.
Karen HI have been getting emails for this rental for nearly a week now. I did not rent this vehicle. It was not even in my state. I can not stop getting emails for this specific transaction, though I very much would. Please. Please. Please stop sending me emails. I have been checking my bank account in a panic every time I get one. It seems a pretty basic standard in the modern era to have customers confirm that their email is accurate, through receipt of an email. Please stop contacting me.
