The man at the desk was very nice and helpful. When I got the truck it was for a quick pick up and drop off. When I opened the back to load my things I seen a bunch of roaches. I had to buy raid and spray it down. I was scared that I would be bringing roaches into my home. I wasn’t happy about that experience.

Arica BIt was after hours so this rating is moot. As mentioned above. I got ripped off about the truck having some hair or fur some ridiculous thing- found on the truck floor , post-move - and had to pay an extra fee, that is ridiculous I did clean the truck and feel I was taken advantage of. I would like that extra charge refunded.
