Customer service was awesome however the trailer I rented was not swept out, there was no cranking stand so the attendant had to lift the hitch from the ground to my tow hitch. Not an easy feat for a 6x12 trailer. “Kudos!” Returning the trailer was whole other story. I was told when I picked the trailer up that my return destination would be open till 6pm. I chose this drop off location because of the later return hours. After a five hour drive and an hour and a half unload I reached the drop off at 5:30pm only to find them closed. A young man in good physical shape could lift the trailer on but a woman of later years could not possibly lift it off! I had to call for outside help to get the trailer unhitched and set on the ground. I have never had a bad experience with UHaul till now. The dip off was a nightmare only because someone decided to close early. I would recommend U Haul to others but not at this drop off site!!!
