Doing an actual walk thru to point out existing "X sticker" damage to the vehicle would have been helpful. The bag of pads or whatever it was in the cargo space that said "just open and we'll charge you" was empty, so I had to worry that I might get charged for it. Otherwise, it was very friendly service. Would definitely rent again from this location. Thanks!

AIFENG SHave someone there who can attach & detach the trailer from my truck and confirm the lights worked. Since there was no one, I did it myself. First time I've experienced this lack of basic service in 30+ years.
