CRISTINA SDidn’t get the code for early pickup, person arrived after 9am, was flustered. I asked about $50 back guarantee and she said she would call corporate to ask but didn’t. On return same lady had lost our contract and had me sign forms after the fact. She still hadn’t called on the guarantee.
