How U-Haul Reviews WorkI wonder how often this has happened to other customers. At time of pickup on 9-8 in Freeland, your attendant said the van was full of gas. But when I returned after driving not quite 20 miles, FOUR+ gallons were needed to fill it! That is twice as much as it should have been for that little mileage, so obviously the tank was not 'full'. If It actually had been, then the van only averages around 5 MPG, which might be even less than what RV's get. This clearly doesn't add up and it's kind of annoying. I wish now that I would have gone straight to the gas station and put in however much it took to fill it, then brought the receipt back to show him that no, it wasn't full. U-Haul owes me 10 dollars

Cameron AI like how well engineered the U haul equipment is. It is genius. I do not like how U-Haul nickle and dimes the customer with plugs, adapters and balls. A customer has to shell out a ton of money for the equipment than another bunch for something like a plug adapter that they will use once and then toss. Why not have a bucket of used adapter, balls, hitches that people can use? Instead there are five trips to NAPA to pick up some item or have to pay an arm and leg at U-Haul for something you use once.
