Excellent service. The owner helped me change my reservation despite the U-Haul app not having the correct information. I have rented many times (1st time at this location) and the U-Haul app usually has a glitch somewhere in the rental process that creates a headache. In this case it only provided me the option to pick up the truck starting at 11:30 despite the location opening at 8:00. I had to contact the rental location directly to change the rental time. In addition, the app listed the wrong phone # for the location and I had to do an internet search to contact them. After that, everything proceeded smoothly.
