Rich was awesome from the first time I called to make the reservation. He gave me some options of one way rental or in town rental for the trailer we needed. When we came to pick it up they were cleaning up after the snowstorm we had and the transaction was simple and quick. We went to hook up to the trailer we reserved and after looking realized it may be too small. Rich had the next size sitting there that was just returned. We asked if we could trade out, he said no problem and helped get it hooked up to the truck and we were on the way in about five mins. Returning was so easy too. We pulled up just as they were closing so I was doing the online return. Rich happened to come out and helped guide the trailer back to a good parking spot he checked it quick and we were all on the way. Definitely recommend Rich and Brenda at this location. Such helpful people and down to earth to work with. Which is hard to say anymore. Thank you again!!!
