Absolutely absurd to be charged 95 dollars for a 24 hour rental. Not to mention filling up the gas tank. Never again will I rent from U-Haul

They did not have the equipment I requested TWICE. The second time they just rescheduled me to another location 15 minutes out of my way. Then failed to call me and inform me of this. Was an absolute nightmare getting a truck reserved. The people who work there are rude, have the personality of dried paint, walk in the door and throw their purse against the wall behind the counter because they had to go and get a truck for me. 0/10 would not recommend!

WESLEY GThe on line registration was terrible. My camera was locked and no one at the location could help and I had a very difficult time finding in the app how to unlock the camera. The U-Haul rates are ridiculously high, I will not be using U-Haul again. I had a truck reserved at another location and shortly before pick up I was told that there was an "accidental" double booking and they were canceling my reservation. They would try to help me find another truck. I found another one on my own. Very frustrated with the entire system.
