Make shure that the miles on contract are same as on the truck was suppose to get a month free storage but they knew nothing about it

I had a reservation 4 weeks ahead of my pickup date for a 26 foot truck only to be told that one was not available. I had procured moving services and wasted an hour of time waiting for a truck to be located. When one was found a 15 foot truck was located 25 minutes out of my way and 29 miles further. I had to move in 2 trips resulting in 2 additional hours being added to my moving services total. On top of that a refrigerator dolly wasn’t available either even though I had reserved one in my original reservation and I paid and additional $150 for moving my safe. This was an extremely poor effort on Uhauls part. Even though my $50 was reimbursed this ended up costing me $360 unnecessarily.

Better wait time and more helpful staff. The person/woman who helped us kept getting interupted by other staff and customers which she glady helped them instead of finishing helping us. The check in took forever like 45 minutes. 15 of which was waiting in line which we understand however when it was actually our turn, it still took 30 whole minutes while she answered the phone, talked to other staff and customers and she even took time to go say hi for 1 minute to her boyfriend while we were walking with her to check on the truck. Very unprofessional experience and the store itself was way too busy. Thought U haul would be a faster and better experience than that. When we came for the drop off, the situation was the same. Customers and staff interrupting our turn.

was not happy because i decided not to put gas because i only used 12 miles and i was notified at pick up that i'll be charge $4+ if i don't fill but i was charge $19.00 instead.

My pick up time was 3pm and the person who rented preciously was 30 minutes late!!! Actually the pick up location changed and so did my pick up time. I was very upset not only because of that but because I would be paying more mileage since the pick up location was about 10 miles away from the location I reserved it at. I hope no one experiences this is the future. Unhappy customer!!!

I returned the vehicle. Was given assurance everything was okay, billed for the additional mileage put on the uHaul truck. Got an emailed final receipt, 30 minutes later AFTER they already did a walk through of the returned truck they tried to add a $25.00 cleaning fee. First receipt was emailed 9:18am, showing total of 147.xx but at 9:50am they tried to bill me an additional $25 with a new email sent showing $172.xx When returning the vehicle, these was no mention of the truck "needing cleaning". I swept the truck out before returning it. This is ridiculous, near-criminal activity. Disgusting. Not going there ever again.

Female worker lacks people skills. After filling up gas tank worker said the fuel gage needle need it to be pass the "F" and since it was not she was charging us an additional $9. After a long day it was not what we wanted to deal with. Thanks

Should've had designated smoke free rentals. Checking out the rental was rushed, with no explanations about the contract. On check in, they were very thorough with inspection and were going to charge cleaning fee for a single sunflower seed that wasn't mine. They called me hours ahead of my return time to bring back the truck because 'someone reserved it' but they still had 5 trucks on the lot.

It's really annoying that when I called to add an extra day the lady for the uhaul customer care charged my card the fee for one day, and then the lady at the location charged it again. Card got declined so I had to pay cash because there was a pending transaction on my Card from when it was initially pulled out to hold. That's annoying when your trying to access your money and it takes several day to clear. There shouldn't be no holds on cards you should be able to pay When you return the uhaul.
