I had to go into the store and wait in line because the mobile check-in I signed up for was not accepting my driver's license photo. So much for getting in quicker. On the other hand, check out was faster, but was not explained well when I picked up the truck.

Manager Jacob was helpful in resolving my issue. I would recommend that staff consistently inform customers that there is an app that needs to be completed for pre and post vehicle check in. However, an app is not applicable to all customers, since not every customer has a phone number that can receive an app. Even though I was not aware of any app, and no app requirement is mentioned in the contract, I had informed staff both before I took the truck, and after I returned the truck, of damage that did not have the clear x decal placed on top of it. The Uhaul records and system will show that no app was ever sent to the phone number that I had provided.

This location is always efficient and friendly. They get me in and out in no time. I've had to rent at other locations and no one is as great as this one. They are an outstanding part of the company.
There were two agents when I entered the store. The gentleman stepped away and left the lady with several people waiting , she was a gem explained how everything worked and was extremely patient with an elderly couple ahead of me.l

I got penalized on a $15 rental with $20. All I did was turn the equipment in early. When I checked google it stated this location was open at 0700. I dropped off the trailer at 0715 and there were no employees in sight. I don't know what to say about this experience
Make sure you enforce the no smoking policy in your equipment. When I found my truck and opened the door I immediately smelled smoke. Not good! The truck walk around that you do on your phone I did not like. Someone should be there with you. Also why do you rent equipment out that has very little gas.
Everything was great even though the store was busy. Fast and efficient employees. Jacob truly went over and beyond and helped me with the uhaul app and issues I saw with my rental truck. Thank you Jacob.

Ms Keisha provided Excellent Customer Service with a Smile, she went above and beyond to help the staff answer questions and provide options for pick up time that was convenient for me in such short notice. I left rope in the uhaul truck and without hesitation she went to retrieve it for me. I Truly Appreciate the kindness and help Keisha provided to me. Was my truck cleaned, no. Did it stink like cigarettes, yes. Did it get the job done, yes! But enough about that...I want to give thanks and praise to the amazing customer service of Corey! He literally went above and beyond for me and I am grateful to him. Corey you are awesome and I can't thank you enough!

I was overcharged xtra a day and a xtra day after your manager called and I informed him I was still unloading and would be late I was around2 hours late and informed him he okayed it and I was still charged if he was going to charge another day he should have let me know and not say it was ok and he would see me when I get there not he would charge me xtra day and xtra day of insurance I'm very upset that this happened I will report this and dispute it with my card
