I reserved 2 furniture dollys along with blankets and a pickup truck online. When I arrived at 7:40 AM to pickup my rented equipment they informed me that they had only 1 Dolly left and I said I would take it; however, they said it was reserved for someone else! What about my reservation? They then told me that the truck I had reserved was extremely dirty and they couldn't rent it out that way and asked if I would like to cancel the reservation or go to a different U-Haul location. I said no. They then said they would give me a larger truck, 17 foot, and charged me the same price. I said that was fine...and told them I had workers waiting for me...and time was costing me $200 an hour in labor. They told me they had the blankets in the back of the truck and it was ready to go. I went to check out the truck which was less then 1/4 full of fuel and stated it had only 30 miles left before it would run out of fuel. I opened the back of the truck and there were no blankets in the truck, but there were blankets outside the truck that appeared a homeless man was using for a bed and had beer cans thrown around. I had to go back into the office and get the blankets. Returning the equipment went smoothly and the fact the girl up front tried to help in someway is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. You should always honor your reservation agreements!

The person who helped us talked to us like we where children an not adults. Then proceeded to be rude since we didn't do the online check in. Asked every one in line if they did an then turned to us an said if you had done it this would be faster. Whether we did it or not never gives some the right to treat others like they are a child. Poor customer service!

Had trouble with the app, and not knowing that my emergency and alternate contact would be called. Also had less than 1/8 a tank of gas at the time of rental and had to get gas pretty quickly. The staff said if it was returned above a certain amount there would be a $25-30 credit, and when I returned it, I got $7

It would be nice to have some help to the truck and not just point out an area where the truck should be. I was carrying a dolly, two bags of blankets and a flat dolly. The checkout was very quick. I did like that

I understand it's my job to read the contract, but when you rent a trailer at 8:30am on a Saturday for 24hours, and you don't open until 9:00am on Sunday, so the renter comes at 8:30am as to not get a late fee, but finds the store closed until 9 so he decides to leave it in the equipment return, it feels like a setup for failure. Maybe warn the renter that they don't have to have it back exactly at 24 hours? That it's okay to return it when they open the next day? Yes, I suck for not reading the contract and figuring it out myself, but good customer service involves correctly setting expectations.

Rented a trailer that was to be returned after hours. I attempted to use the self check in to return unit but was unable to use. I attempted to contact first thing in the morning to advise but was charged an extra $20. Due to your janky ass website not working. I left a message with the answering service and never got a call back. I attempted to contact 2 more times during the day the call went unanswered. I sent an email like the message says to do and no response. Attempted live chat no response. The guy that checked set up the rental and the lady behind the counter at the time were really nice and good to work with. The dude that started yelling about moving my truck when I first pulled up should not be in customer service. Terrible attitude wish I knew their names but I don't. Anyway not good service, won't use this location in the future. Charges added to my account that were not approved.

The truck and trailer I rented where not only above and beyond all expectations, they where very fairly priced. The people I worked with from the woman who greeted me in the morning (who was an absolute pressure to work with) to the technician who checked the equipment back in all were exceeded courteous professional and helpful. Crudos to uhaul for providing such great service and hiring such great people.
