Reserved for the Provo location, but they changed it to Springville, which added 30+ minutes to the round trip. If I reserve for a specific location, it seems reasonable to expect to get the equipment at the location. They also called at 7:45 AM to tell me this, which is a bit absurd. All in all though, the employees I was on the phone with were very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service skills, but poor rental management and timing in my case.

DAVID BU-Haul made changes to my reservation in the minutes before I was supposed to pick up the truck. I was sent to this location and arrived ten minutes before it opened. When the young man came in to work, he was incredibly helpful. He saved the day and the move. An A+ for the employee and D- for the corporation.
