This guy does not know how to run a business and I would not be willing to recommend his location to anyone moving ever. For starters, We reserved one for 7:00 AM the time the business opened I know that not everyone is a morning person so we waited about 10 minutes before we called. He shows up at 7:30, moving is already stressful and we had an appointment to be at our new home at a specific time so this made the process even more stressful. Then he proceeds to curse out my husband for wearing a "Green Energy" shirt. I'm sorry but he does not have the right to be shoving his political agenda down our throat just because he had to help a customer. Not the way to do business. On top of that the U-Haul smelled of cigarettes and so did the manager of this business. I am not saying he smoked in the trucks but it is very likely that he did. Then, his credit card machine doesn't work so he had to manually enter my card information which makes me nervous. Then the next day, we go to drop off the U haul business is closed, this makes sense because it's Sunday so I do the mobile drop off and his drop box is no where to be found for the keys. So I am told to leave them in the glove box but this U Haul's glove box is fake, so it doesn't even have a glove box? I really hope the truck didn't get stolen. But if I were you folks I would seriously inquire about this location. Something that this man is doing is off and shady.

The service was prompt, courteous and accurate. The truck was clean and easy to check out. The company we rented from had a 20 years of business plaque from 2004...now they need a 40 years of business to acknowledge how long they have been around!
KELLY VThe man who works there and handles the rentals is super rude. When I got there he was out front just smoking it up, then I walk up and ask if he worked there and he sounded annoyed but said yes and proceeded to go inside to help me. Then he stated that he doesn't accept cash, when I reserved the truck it said I could pay cash...so now I had to go deposit money to my card, adding 20 mins to go and come. Finally got back and he runs my card and rudely tells me that it was declined. My phone tells me it was declined because wrong expiration or cvc number was entered. So I told him that it was on his end when he entered my card info into his computer and he tried arguing with me and I told him that I'm literally looking at my phone and that's what it said so he fixes it and card goes through no problem. Also wanted to mention that they had no furniture dolly which I reserved as well when I was on the app. He said not his problem if he doesn't have the equipment smh. Overall I won't come back to this location. Worst experience.

CHRISTOPHER ATerrible experience overall. Got charged for equipment that was not on the truck! Also got charged for gasoline that I met the obligation. The gas hand was literally on zero and I brought it back with more. I used less than 10 miles and was charged for gas. Called customer support, this young lady was okay but dispute not resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this location ever.
