The key pickup was ridiculous. Directions to find were not correct, clear or accurate. The app and website and customer service had no idea. Someone needs to correct this. I wasted an hour of time I could have spent moving, on a scavenger hunt looking for key pickup location.

We had a 3:30 pm appointment to pick up the truck. We were 20 minutes behind due to directions to U-Haul not being clear. When we got into the U-Haul office, the lady behind the desk is all over us because we were late and she said they could have given our truck away. After we got our keys, we go out to the truck and take the pictures that we need. Then we open up the back end and it has not been cleaned out at all. It was full of garbage all over the floor, which we cleaned up.
Mark GMileage was incorrect. Also moving blankets and dolly’s that were part of the reservations were not included in the truck
