I liked the DFW Wheels OEM location, it was easy to get in and out of to get the trailer I was looking for. The employee that helped me was pleasant and helpful. The location is also close by so it was convenient.
DOUGLAS SAll of the staff there were professional and helped me hook up the trailer and even parked it for me after dropping it off.
Patrick DI disagree with a missing damage fee. The 2 wheel dolly was not provided when the truck was picked up, the error was reported to the pick up location and the original charge was to be corrected. That charge is in error. Please verify with the pick up location. This has been documented with the location owner. Truck had an active motor check light at time of rental. Verified with the location owner.
