Please insure all equipment is clean and ready to go. The truck was fine, but the last rental left two boxes and all the furniture pads were out in the Mom's attic. The Front desk interaction was very fast and professional!

BRENDA KOverall, the experience was very good. For new drivers, just make them aware of all the signage in the Van on how things operate, instructions on how to best use the side mirrors for confidence when driving in traffic. Provide any tips on getting the ramp in/out smoothly, and back door opening. I used to drive box trucks many years ago and past experience was helpful. The truck alignment should be checked out. Seemed to run a little rough on the highways.
