Check engine light was on. I went to extend a day which I have done in the past without any issues and they said we couldn’t due to another family needing it. And that we would be charged a fee I did have to pay the fee I didn’t have a choice . But, the location had 3 other trucks the same size that hadn’t been moved since we picked up.
Courtney VThe owner called me the day before to verify the specifics of the appointment, He was very accommodating to my needs for this rental. His hours were different than the request I had made on line, and he did his best to accommodate me even though my request was outside his normal operating hours. I would definitely use this location again, and recommend this location to anyone who asks me.
