Used the App but also had to call JAG Flooring in the course of securing the reservation. The rep I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and made changes to the reservation and confirmed the details I needed in order to proceed with confidence. The truck was ready to go with the materials I requested the next morning. I picked up the car via the mobile feature early in the day and returned it using the App after hours the same day. This was a pleasant and professional experience from beginning to end, much different than prior experiences with truck rentals in other locations. I will reserve with JAG for future equipment rentals.
