The back door was very difficult to close fully. It seemed to bind. I am a large guy and had to really work hard to close. Other than that, it was great. Cathy was great on pickup
CHRISTOPHER ETruck had high mileage ,no a/c and the gauges didn’t work properly ,window knob fell off during use and the interior was grimy and smelled like smoke .
CHARLES RCustomer service was excellent on both ends!
WALTER CDrop off was after hours and was very difficult. I had to drive 45 minutes to get to the location for drop off in the poring rain. Very inconvenient. Spent over 40 minutes on the phone with U-Haul rep trying to get the process completed. The 6x12 trailer is very heavy and needs two people to attach or detach, Can' comment on this location because they were closed.
