Esteban DThe vehicle had no AC. The tire light, check engine light and another light I didn’t recognize was on. When I called to complain the guy said he didn’t handle those types of requests and said he would escalate to customer service but he never did. He also said the vehicle was due for service. I asked him why was it being rented out then? He couldn’t answer. It was an awful experience driving with no AC in the summer while moving. Worst UHaul ever!! I will never rent there again. Such a waste of money.
