I definitely clicked on the 17ft truck for 29.95 but ended up with a 20ft truck for 39.95. No warning of change or charge. Still was charged for the 20ft truck since they didnt have any 17ft available.

This site was excellent, but, your survey result is misleading here. The site that I was supposed to pickup the truck at did not have it ready, so, we were redirected to this site. They picked up the ball well for you, but, you are missing the corrective comments I would have about the original site because you are not asking about it.

You redirected me mid stream in travel to dealership. We had a reservation for Chapel Hill. In the midst of our trip, you sent notice of unavailability at Chapel Hill. It added 2 hours to our trip. Then , when we didn’t arrive on time, there was not a vehicle available. You gave the vehicle to another reservation. Ultimately it was resolved. I was very very disappointed in u-haul. I have used you extensively during my 3 children’s college experience. Very poor logistics and service on Saturday. Will consider using a competitor going forward.

My Son dropped off the truck so I can’t answer the questions about this location. There was a mixup on the drop off location and I was charged a wrong destination fee, but when I emailed Uhaul and explained everything (long story) they promptly refunded my money back to my account.

I never received the dolly, but was charged for it. Upon return and pickup I told the agents who said it would be adjusted on the bill. Still am in the process of trying to get a refund. I also could have used that dolly during my move.

I would def try and streamline the mobile checkin process. It was super cold outside just trying to get checked in took a solid 5 minutes while freezing my butt off. Back and forth with the agent and honestly there was a U-Haul agent in person that wanted to help but couldn’t bc id elected mobile but had no idea the agents onsite couldn’t really help me. Seems like a big miss imho.. local onsite staff were amazing and super friendly!

The customer service was great but the prices were unreasonable! You pay for the uhaul then an additional .99ct per mile! That absolutely ridiculous, gas is not even that much, then expect to have the tank refilled as well. I will not be using Uhaul again, it’s sense to pay a flat fee to rent the truck and put the gas tank where it was initially, but not to charge .99 a mile. That’s a rip off!

The truck was aged and dirty inside. It drove fine nonetheless. My biggest complaint is that fact that I declined the additional coverage online when I made the reservation. I declined it on the credit card machine at the location. I declined it verbally when asked. I declined it 3 times. Yet, I was charged for the additional coverage.
