I have rented from Burns park several times and they are always the best to work with!!! They are my favorite spot in Gadsden to rent a U-Haul. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

App nor website would let me upload pics before or after. I never clicked on safe move $15 but again wouldn’t let me change it. Wanted a different drop off closer to my house , less mileage, again wouldn’t let me. I pd for the miles it would have been if I’d have been able to drop off near me. Drop off, just as bad, so dropped key off and quit. This is not the 1st issue, but won’t be using uhaul again
