Dennis was a pleasure to work with, and was very attentive to us and the other customers ahead of us as well. Even took the time to double check the drop off point for our one-way to make sure we had the most convenient location on the contract. I highly recommend this location for U-Haul rentals.

Staff at this location was very helpful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making recommendations, and answering questions. They responded to every request right away. I'm a repeat customer and will return here again. A few things kept me from the 5-start ranking. I answered multiple questions during the online booking process and it seems that the staff person did not have access to any of that information when it was time for me to pickup the vehicle. The check-in process took longer than I would have expected because of this. Dropping off the vehicle was quick. Secondly, we drove the truck only 11 miles and according to the gas gage and the refueling, we used approximately 3 gallons of fuel which seems excessive for a 10 foot truck which I would have expected to be about 12 MPG. The fuel was a cost to us on top of the $1.19 added charge per mile and the insurance charge. Expect to pay more than the base rental cost.
