The guy that owns the place was very nice and helpful. He isn’t a full dealer though so all the rental equipment wasn’t there. I originally ordered from a different location, went to pick up there, and they never got it ready for me (after confirming my reservation).
JOSEPH BMet the really nice manager here, very helpful and friendly. Renting and dropping off U-Haul was the easiest part of moving. Next time, I'm definitely renting the loading/unloading help that's available!
David JThe neighborhood of the drop off location was "sketchy." Staff was not there, but came when we called on the phone, signage for parking truck was non-existant and we felt confused. Had to get help from a neighboring company. We would recommend Uhaul, but not that location. Also, the truck we returned has both brake issues and transmission issues. It needs to be evaluated and serviced.
