But the unit was missing the antenna so I couldn't listen to the radio on my drive. The interior had a urine smell on the inside so strong I had to ride with the windows down in the heat while it was 90 degrees outside.

PEDRO RI have rented U-Haul several times this year and this is the first time I was charged a double amount for a holding fee which is ridiculous then to top it off the ac unit in the vehicle did not work! And no remorse from the staff cab smelt like cat pee
