The truck was older, but it was clean and seemed to be well maintained. I used it to move items between storage units at the same property/location, so I cannot speak as to how it drove or performed on the road.

Martin KThe truck we reserved had a dead battery. There was not another truck that size available so we had to rent a smaller truck. The hassle of it all was a delay in time and more trips for us. I do believe that the trucks should be checked before each rental to make sure they are ready to go. Just as the customer is expected to return trucks in good condition, we should get them that way off the lot. Whatever happens while in customers care, then we have that hassle but not from the lot. Of course, Midgard customer service was excellent. They helped us and everything was an easy transition.
