The beauty of this transaction was the convenience and condition of the vehicle. The location was exactly where it was booked. No frills, no fuss. One hiccup was getting information primarily photos on the app when we arrived. If the process could be streamlined, that would help. The truck was ready and equipped with 3/4 tank of gas. Moe is wonderful. She made sure all the working parts were in order. UHaul was a wonderful experience. Picking up the truck was located where my storage facility is located. Easy Peasy!
