Mark BEnsure the customer has the items that they request with the U-Haul. I went to more than one location and neither had the equipment I reserved with my U-Haul. Also, the U-Haul was on E when I picked it up.

Katrina VI'm not able to rate this location properly because it was a one-way rental and I didn't really have any interaction with this location other than a phone call. The only interaction I had was getting a phone call and was offered to have a disc lock put on the U-Haul while my items remained inside of the truck. Unfortunately the lock was too tight and it was not able to come off and the key broke off into the lock and it cost me $220 to have a locksmith take the lock off. While I was very grateful for the offer and the extended customer service, of them going above and beyond to offer assistance for the lock. The fee hurt a great deal and caused a 4 hour delay with the awful movers that I had waiting. This ended up costing over $1700 +. that I didn't have o complete my move.
