the location was dark. they don't have enough lights in the parking lot at night. it was not inviting. i called the next day to make sure they received the keys and that all was ok with my return & I wouldn't be charged anything extra. they were not helpful. they didn't look anything up. they simply told me that if i dropped the truck off then it's fine.
