Unfortunately, the vehicle was not cleaned. It was filthy and covered with animal fur. I had to drape towels on the seat to avoid sitting in it. Not good for a customer who could be allergic. Fur also covered the floorboards and the cup holders, which were sticky and gross. It was not a pleasant experience. I used the vehicle for what I needed and immediately returned it the following day, despite it being a two day rental. We are U-Haul customers and this is the first less-than.experience. Otherwise, we’ve always had a great experience, but at a different location. Second, the app allowed me to rent at all hours in the night. I made the rsvp for a 630am pick up. However, the location opens at 7am. The hours for this location and rsvp hours must be updated on this app.
