Truck not ready as promised when I arrived. I was charged for a dozen furniture pads I wanted but the location did not have. However when I got the bill I was as charged for something I did not receive. Truck was very dirty. Check in process took 45+ minutes with lots of confusion.

The tires were dangerously low, the dashboard showed warning mechanical lights that would not shut off. The transmission slipped and jerked hard!
