I booked the uhual till 2 pm . When i picked up i informed the person that what i have to do if i will be late . He said just call us and inform. I was too busy move in stuffs . I called the location office just before 2 pm and said i wanted to extend. But the representative was very harsh . He said we have another reservation and you have to pay extra $50dollars. He was very harsh in explaning the situation. I tried to explain in a most calm manner after one point of time i lost my patience too. This is extremely disappointed . This is definetly not the way you explain to a customer. He spoke like as if uhaul has only truck and because of my extension you lost a bunch of business. I understand my mistake i should have called a bit earlier but for that i dont deserve this treatment. The person who spoke to me is Isgar thats what he said . He said he doesnt care if i write and escalate on this issue. Im not sure how you guys consider these feedbacks. But i dont want another customer to be treated the same way i was treated. But apart from that it was good . Truck was good.

Excellent treatment from the staff!! Genuinely friendly, took initiative to help and make picking up and dropping off the trailer quicker and easier. Didn't seem to be working for a good review, but worked hard to make the experience top notch... and for just a trailer rental. Well done!!

The customer service was very poor. I asked questions and the staff couldn't answer let alone acted as if they didn't want too. While driving the truck the I felt unsafe while driving the truck it would drift into another lane causing me to shift the wheel harder which caused the truck to jerk side to side. Had to drive below the speed limit which made me take longer to get to my destination. Every time I have moved in the pass I went to this location and was pleased that why I return. I was very disappointed and not please with my experience.

Please be aware that both the starting gas level and mileage was incorrect. I caught the gas level before I left and got it corrected, but I didn't realized that the mileage was lower on the contract then the truck indicated until after I left, which caused the total rental fee to be higher than it should have.

I couldn't get the driver's side mirror to adjust. It has set adjustments and could not be moved to where I needed it. I haven't rented a truck in a long time and was pretty surprised at the high $.99 mileage rate. A 5 hour rental of a small truck cost me $130; pretty steep!

I have used UHaul about a dozen times. However, this weekend's experience was very poor. Here is why: 1. I booked a 20 foot truck on Aug 9th for Friday, Aug 25. 2. I went into this UHaul store Tues. Aug 22 to purchase boxes. However, I changed the reservation to Sat. Aug 26 for 7am to pickup my truck. This was confirmed before I left the store. 3. On day of pickup, Sat Aug 26 I called to confirm the gentleman who answered the phone said, your reservation was for yesterday. He explained to just come into the store. Here is where the disappointment begins. 4. A lady assisted me at the counter. She explained my reservation was for the PREVIOUS day. I explained I had come into the store this past Tue Aug 22 and it was confirmed to me that my reservation successful changed. She said "I have no truck for you". 5. Keep in mind: I had to move a 3 bedroom house. She kept saying I cannot help you. I asked he to think outside the box to please help me in anyway that she can. Instead, she kept repeating for customer service go to Uhaul.com". I kept pleading with her to assist me, she kept repeating, in a condescending manner: "go to Uhaul.com". 6. I asked if she has anything else. Long story short: I rented a cargo van and make 4 trips back and forth and loaded up 4 family and friends' SUVs to mitigate this inconvenience. 7. I was very disappointed in using Uhaul. I am not placing blame on anyone, I am frustrated because no one employed at this store thought outside of the box, to think creatively, to even offer a small discount-nothing to assist with the customer's level of satisfaction.
