Storage unit that was rented and secured was given away prior to my arrival. I ultimately had to rent a smaller unit at a higher cost. This is very poor customer service and is unacceptable.

To all the staff, I thank you, especially Jonathan and Ms.Lee, for going the extra mile to help us with payment plans if needed ( we are going through hard times these days), but they were there to assist in any way they could.
LUIS J | Overall ExperienceIssue : mice infestation My bad, not all my contents were sealed with plastic bags or containers with fitted lids. For example, books stored in crates alone without plastic protection were chewed up by the mice. In addition, styrofoam coolers were chewed up by mice (I didn’t know that mice ate styrofoam). I also had roller blades stored in crates without plastic protection and these had mice droppings all over, I don’t know why the mice loved them. Perhaps I used storage for far too long and that encouraged the mice to go into my units. I really don’t know what to recommend to eliminate the mouse issue. There probably are too many access openings in the building to seal. Also, pests can be transported in packages brought into the building, causing a population growth.

DEXTER H | First Impressionsmy disappointment was everytime I accessed my unit a very loud alarm would go off and lasted for what felt like an extended period. I assume it is to let staff know when a unit is being accessed however if they are looking at the camera they can clearly see that the unit is not being broken into. My sister who has hearing issues, this would cripple her not a great thing.

jang b | First ImpressionsI rented this unit for about 5 years, access to the unit was always very difficult as it was always blocked by big trucks. Was very frustrating.. the gate was always difficult to open and to lock. All my complaints fell on deaf ears. Managers just didn't care . Finally could not take it any more . Not even an apology one time. What a disappointment. I should a refund for some of those months. What a rip off!!
