A 6x12 utility trailer NEEDS a 6 ft wide loading ramp. I drove a round trip of over 340 miles for nothing. I needed to load a piece of equipment that was 5'6" wide. It wouldn't fit. If the door isn't as wide as the trailer, it needs to be stated. Notify the customer when making the reservation. Just put a disclaimer on the form. Simple fix.
Richard PHonestly I am upset that the truck was not cleaned upon receiving it. I had sweep it out and wipe down the back of the truck and also clean out the trucks cab floor. If the expectation is for me to do this upon returning why did I not get it that way.
SHAWN WI had an issue trying to pick truck up online so I did have to go into the office. They were helpful and efficient!
Charlotte PLate opening, got a trailer took it home and brought it back within 30 minutes because it would not work for the purpose, didn’t use it at all. Person at uhual said they would discount (should have refunded if they were hoping to keep business in the future) there was no discount when we received final invoice. U-Haul needed to learn how to take care of their customer even if it is not their fault in a situation
