I came to drop off the trailer and if there had not been the lady standing there I would have had no clue where to drop it or anything. She just happened to be there. Nobody explains anything to you they think you should just know exactly where to go and where to drop off a trailer at a random parking lot you've never been too. No signs or anything. First time renting and did not have a good experience

Clean and easy
Wendy MThe cab smelled like a decomposing body. The windows had been rolled down to try to relieve the stench but it was not working. The cargo area was dirty and there was unwanted uhaul equipment and misc straps and bungee cords left in it. I needed the truck so I just dealt with it.
