The employee was helpful and courteous
MARY BThe First Lady I spoke to seemed like she didn’t really want to complete the transaction and said her “line was down” and to come back at 5. When I came back, the Second Lady said I was supposed to be there at 4, I explained and she finished my transaction. It just seemed like the first one didn’t want to do it and made me come back when she was off shift. When I returned the U-Haul, it was the First Lady again and she was very off putting.

Edith RThe U HAUL representive at the location was very unprofessional and seemed to not want to discuss anything about the charges for the rental. I have lived in the area since 1985 and it is close to where i reside, however I will drive the additional 15 miles needed to rental a U-Haul from a different location. Sorry for this review.
