Just unprofessional Will never come here again The white guy at the front desk was very rude and sneaky.. didn’t have any jack or accessories for moving and I couldn’t drop off at a different location. I was overcharged and just over disrespected

DONALD FCustomer service was terrible. I waited for a very long time to be attended to. When the personnel finally came to assist me, he walked away as if he didn’t see me. He was not helpful to detach the U-Haul caravan from my truck. He said it was not his responsibility. After leaving the U-Haul caravan, he provided no paper work that everything was taken care off. I sensed the treatment was because I’m an immigrant. I would never go back to that location.
