The staff here are professional courteous and attentive. When I first arrived I was worried because I had a lot to do and the lobby was packed however the staff worked with a sense of urgency that alleviated my fears and got me out and on my way within in a few minutes of arrival. When the day was expected to be stressful the U-Haul staff made my day easy and quick. At the end of the day I was physically and mentally exhausted ( I am 43 and way out of shape) the staff checked in my vehicle and got me out in minutes. God Bless all of you and thank you for your hard work !


While the document indicated there was 1/2 tank of fuel, there was less than 3/8th's of a tank of gas. I had to put $22.00 of fuel in the truck for going less than 7 miles, which should have only been 1 gallon of gas.

Ms. Wendy was extraordinary. During my wait, she had two customers that were, to put it mildly, obnoxious, disrespectful, and certainly aggressive. Ms. Wendy maintained her professionalism and composure. Well done Ms. Wendy. You have my vote.

Steering wheel not aligned, oil light on, and shakes on the freeway once you pick up speed above 50 miles. I was stranded for four hours and was forced to drive the same truck. The manager we spoke to told us that our opinion of the safety of the vehicle was unintelligent or “let some one with some intelligence drive it and see” and then decided not to tow the truck after only having the mechanic drive one mile. It was a nightmare with no accommodation.

I am grateful and appreciative that I was able to rent a truck at the last minute. Your customer service waiting time is ridiculous and needs to be managed better. I understand companies have scaled back their staffing due to the pandemic, customers should have the option for a call back instead of waiting over 45 minutes.

The location customer service was superb. The call center customer service representative that called me on 10/27/20 at 3:53 pm. was the worst call I have every day in my 40 years of living. She was far too compatible in her position to be extremely rude to a customer. I ask that upper management that is not connected to this center to review the call.


Customer service was horrible at ALL points. No one was wearing a mask properly or at all. Can the employees pretend they care. Or at least wear a mask properly when dealing with customers.

Check in wait time was horrible


Even though I had to go inside to change the driver information. The truck would have still not been ready for pick up when I initially asked for mobile check out. Upon receiving the Keys, I went outside to locate the truck and it was still parked with the other trucks. The customer personnel was on a personal phone call and didn't take pulling the truck out in a timely manner. I had to also tell him that I was missing a utility dolly as I checked the back and there was none. Also the mirrors were pulled in and I had to stop the vehicle after driving off to pull them out so I can see the road. Personal call should not be taken during working hours. It's unprofessional and it's obvious that that items were missed when picking up a truck. Besides all that, it was clear that the truck wasn't cleaned or sanitized.

I wouldn't recommend uhaul. I was extremely disappointed that my uhaul was cancelled at 6pm the night before we were planning on moving, trying to scramble and get another truck and finding out we had to a rent a much smaller truck which did not allow me to put everything I needed to move. I will be making multiple trips with my small suv. I ve told many of my friends and they're appalled by that kind of treatment of a customer. I don't care if it's one way or round trip... a reservation is a reservation!!!!!
