Tony is awesome. I have been using this location for a while now and Tony is always there to help. I always see the kid running up and down helping as many people as he can. He has an amazing personality and great customer service. The 5 stars are for Tony. I highly recommend this location because of Tony. Tony should be at least assistant manager.

My starting mileage for the vehicle I rented was 538 miles my closing contract indicated that my mileage started at 529. I took a picture to prove this.

The van was great, however the 3 employees that were at the store as I rented the vehicle were very inappropriate. The three of them were cursing in front of us. They did that throughout our entire process, I was very annoyed and will never return to this location.

The outside service staff was good but here's a copy of my Yelp review. A couple of weeks ago, I rented a truck for moving my things online. Being this is the closest one to my new address, I thought coming here would make a lot of sense. While the person behind the desk was helpful and professional, the "manager" was not. Upon entering, he sat in the guest's chair while staring at me and not saying a word. Not only did he refuse to get up, but I also had to get a chair from another part of the lobby and he remained seated while making obscene gestures (he motioned for me to sit on his lap) and staring at me while I conducted business. Even if I was something to look at (which I wasn't on this day), this behavior was uncalled for. When I returned the truck, I had to call a male friend to wait for me in case I encountered this individual again. This male is very dark-skinned, average height with a lean build. He has short jet black hair with small silver flecks. I'd assume his age is somewhere between 35-50 years of age.

Leaving little things undone can have a big unwanted impact. I walked in the office and without any greeting I was asked by a female, "What do you need?". The tone used was not welcoming nor courteous. After I answering her question; she told me I needed to go online then pointed to the web address printed on the sign outside the office. Greeting your customers with a good morning/afternoon or How can I help you? etc... would improve your customer service significantly.

The mobile app could not establish our location, at the front door, and couldn't continue to next step. Had to do it all inside.


I was told that when I picked up the trailer that the facility closes at 5pm on Sunday. With that, I would have to use the After Hours drop off protocol, and should drop off the trailer before the end of the day, before the opening of the next business day to avoid a second rental period. So I do not know why I am being charged for 2 rental periods, when I was following instructions per your staff at the location. I wrote all of this when I disagreed with th e charges via your app at the time of drop off and was told I would be contacted by a U-Haull representative shortly. I have not hear from anyone regarding this matter. I have not heard any reply from any one due to my response through your app and in my reply to the email.

Understanding we are dealing with a pandemic matter but to have no customer service with staff present that continues to send customers outside to an orange box!!!! With online services not working well but rather customers had to rely on other customers for assistance. 5 hours after I return my truck I was called and asks when would I be returning the truck. Upon returning the truck I was told leave keys on seat of truck — leave and I’d get an email instead I get a call asking me when am I returning the truck. Crazy lazy customer service

The agent that helped me with the hook up did an amazing job! He took his time and made me feel valued as a customer, as of he were setting up equipment for his own family member to get on the road. The assistant manager did her best to make up for me having to travel 20 miles away from where I requested the pick up. However, she made a point to tell the guy attaching the trailer that he was taking too long and that they would “get in trouble for closing late.” It was about 5 minutes past closing time. Then the manager told him to tell me that they were supposed to charge me $25 for set up but weren’t, as if they were doing me a favor. I have used UHaul car trailers multiple times for long distance travel and have NEVER been told that there is a fee for set up. I’ve even been told that it’s against policy for me to do it myself. I was disappointed overall.

Some of the contract was not clear. The cashier said "flat -rate" for 24 hours but I was charged an additional $61 for going over my allowed mileage.

Have more than one person behind the desk! The young lady who helped me was amazingly friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and kind even with the growing line of people waiting to be helped. She worked with one young man who retrieved vehicles for customers. Together they were professional, helpful, and patient. This store should be more respectful of their employees and customers. They worked as quickly as possible to get everyone taken care of as efficiently as possible. It was a pleasure doing business with your company only because of the two professional employees on duty Saturday envelope though they worked alone. Saturday must be one of the busiest days and your company had only two employees to handle the many customers. I was disappointed to witness how little Uhaul most think of their employees and customers.
