The gentleman that helped me with my reservations was very nice, fast and professional. After returning the truck I was given my total and realized that I was double charged on several things after speaking to CJ in customer service. But for my overall experience it was very good.

Hoy rente un truck y siento que me cobraron mucho millaje ,,yo tengo el record de los otros truck rentados ,siempre corro las mismas millas y voy siempre al mismo lugar ,,de Gardena ca a Chatswort ca ,,no son mas de 45 millas de ida y 45 de regreso y hoy me cobraron 198 millas ,trate de hablar con la manager pero dijo esto es lo que se deve y esto tienes que pagar ,, Mi error fue no tomarle las millas al vehiculo cuando lo recoji ,,pero si rebisan Mi record se daran cuenta Que se exedieron En el cobro ,ademas me dijeron que me darian $20 de descuento si regresava el tanque de gasolina a Como me lo entregaron y no hubo tal credito

We were supposed to get a free storage unit for one month but at the location they didn't know the procedure and we ended up not using the unit. Was disappointed of the workers lack of knowledge of the one way move.

I booked my U-Haul on line received a call from UHaul who changed my reservation but they did not explain how you do an early pick up or send the email to do the early pick up. Highly unsatisfied with my experience

Staff was pretty polite. I requested a furniture dolly to rent. The image on the wall showed showed a short, full dolly with a backing and handle. The one I received was on a small rectangle with foue wheels. I did not realize this until I arrived at my location. However, when I asked the guy who brought the truck to do an inspection of thr truck, he said, "No, we don't have to do that. It's a new truck." I have never had anyone tell me that in the past. Had we conducted the inspection, I would have noticed the dolly. The truck also was nearly empty of gas. They deducted $18 while doing my contract.

After I picked-up the trailer and started using it I noticed that the trailer's axle was skewed to the left and the trailer was moving "sideways." The left wheel was almost rubbing against the rear of the wheel well while there was about four inches of clearance for the right wheel. I called U-Haul and reported it and recommended that the trailer be "red tagged" and removed from service until repaired.,

Poor customer service. First time renting a truck. When I got there I had already made the online reservation and there were 3 employees standing there doing nothing. The lady at the counter seemed like she just did not want to be there and moved and attended the customer in front of me in a very slow and annoyed pace. 30 minutes later there was a line of 6 people still waiting it was past the time I ordered the truck to be ready and she finally got to me. She sighed like if it was so annoying to do her job. I told her I had reserved a truck and showed her my information and then I checked the truck number and it wasn't even the same one on the reservation I made. They gave me a dirty truck that smelled like dog inside. She didn't explain anything to me on how to return the truck and the guy who brought it over just said good luck. My husband and I looked at each other and said "well ok". So because of that when we returned the truck an hour before it was due the store was closed and we were trying to figure out how to check in the car. It wasn't until we dropped in the keys that we saw that we had to check it in online and put the mileage and take a picture of that as well. Now we know and we definitely know we won't be returning here at this location.

The delay in between receiving approval of my driver licens photo through your online express check in feature was too long. I stood outside in the hot sun standing next to the truck I had rented for nearly 10 minutes, waiting for your representive to approve it. Also the actual mileage on the truck was about 5 miles higher than what the paperwork said.
