Heavy rains leaked into our unit getting our things wet and moldy. Irreparable mold damage to many of our things, and in the walls causing respiratory concerns in visiting the facility. Zero help or responsibility taken for damage to our things.

On Tuesday March 3rd in the afternoon and after speaking with Alisa Warrington for nearly an hour regarding UHaul's location in Long Beach CA treatment of me regardng renting their truck for a move that i had to do alone that i had thought would take 1 to 2 days? ended up taking 2 week's with each day being a horrific and devestating day tryng to move my belongings alone! That location's employee's came and stole their truck back with the very last load of my belonging's in it that the very next morning i would finally be able to put in my storage at Store for Less in Long Beach CA and then also finally returning the UHaul truck and trying to then pay my enormous bill which i had made because of this awful nightmare of a move that happened to me. And now went into a even worse Nightmare with UHaul trying to get my only belongings back to me. I am hurt, sickened an devestated by UHaul's behavior having been a lifelong paying customer and all my relatives as well 😪

In front of the store is posted open 9 AM on Sunday, but on the web it says excess hours are 7 AM to 7 PM. I asked staff who was. Working on January 4th he was not helpful, but yelled at back to me that he was the only worker that didn't give me a proper reason

There was one young ladies that I spoke with on phone & the other one I seen in-person on Sunday 10/5/25 (Amaya) & service me on 7/6/25 when I rented a truck that day, she have “Excellent Customer Service”. Very professional. LaNiyah whom ( I think that’s her name) spoke with on the phone on Friday 10/3/25 @ 12:26pm & at 12:4pm.about my new storage unit, she called me back and reinsured me about my new unit & I was very grateful for that phone call🤗. There’s one there that works doing the week day shifts close to closing time is very rude & speaks very unprofessional on the phone. She kept me on hold & never return. I don’t know her name, but I know her voice when she answers, she answer very very rudely on the phone. SM_H🥴
