Why J&R service center is allowed to be a uhaul location is a mystery to me. Zero help was offered to help me locate the trailer and hook it up. I wanted to rent some pads but there was nothing like that on site. Horrible experience for the trailer pick up.

I ordered furniture pads to be in the unit and did not receive them so just make sure everything is in there
Ian WI’ll never rent from U haul again. I was suppose to get a call from someone when I complained but I never did. I rented a tow dolly it wouldn’t work for my car going on tow dolly and I returned it and didn’t get my full refund, as far as I’m concerned that’s not how to treat a regular customer.and your paperwork says full refund.
