Unprofessional. No paperwork. Ppl at site did not check in the trailer with u haul computer so it created a mess returning it. It was like self serve and it was expensive.

Jason FThe truck was rented with a broken casing on the driver's side headlight. The windshield was so covered with dried bugs that visibility was impacted. The people working there were of no help and did not seem to care about the condition of the vehicle they were responsible for renting. I absolutely would never use this location or recommend it to anyone.
