Don't use a gas station for pickup. I told the guy not to use the card for the reservation and to use the one I checked in with for all charges. He charged my reservation card. Gas was not where they said it was and only on a 1/2 tank which I returned it at. Went back in and told the guy that and he still charged me for gas. Tire pressure light was on. Charged me for insurance when I said I didn't need it that I had my own. Reserved the truck for 24 hrs however, I had it back before midnight and I got charged for 2 days when I didn't use it for 2 days. This location is by far the worst pick up location and the guy was busy or didn't understand what I was saying to him.

When we went to drop off , their system stated it did not have our reservation to return it. It was attempted to return , but I will be watching my bank statement to make sure that it was returned and I will not be charged late fees.

DERRICK KOriginally reserved at a different location. Later found out they did not have the size truck. Reassigned to this location. Had to ask several times to get the dolly and blankets that were on the order. Ended up with less than half of my ordered blankets.
