The U-Haul ended getting towed due to not working and then got charged when i wasn’t even able to use it.

Owner was 15-20 minutes late opening the door, which made me late as well. Additionally, he did not do the reign paperwork initially causing me to get a non-returned equipment warning. Otherwise, the trailer was in excellent condition.
